Walnut Pesto Mix together the following in a food processor or blender: 4 cups of fresh basil 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil 1 cup of Parmesan cheese 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup of walnuts salt & pepper to taste
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce Mix together the following in a food processor: 1. 6 tbsp sour cream or plain greek yogurt 2. 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil 3. 1 tbsp lemon juice 4. 1 tbsp Sir Kensington's Special Sauce (found at Whole Foods or Natural Grocers) 5. Pinch of fresh cilantro 6. 1 tbsp roasted red peppers 7. Pinch of salt 8. 2 garlic cloves 9. 1/2 cup red salsa (we like Mrs. Renfro's)
Spicy Creamy Salsa* (I love this drizzled on top of my Breakfast Skillet!) Mix together the following in a food processor:
1. 1/2 cup spicy verde salsa (I love Mrs. Renfro's Jalapeno Salsa) 2. 1 tbsp sour cream 3. Handful fresh cilantro 4. Dash of paprika 5. Dash of garlic powder

Mix together the following: 1. 3 tbsp avocado oil 2. 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 3. 3 tbsp coconut aminos (substitute for soy sauce) 4. 1 tbsp garlic powder 5. 1/2 tbsp paprika 6. 1 tbsp parsley 7. salt & pepper to taste
