PEANUT BUTTER CHIA SEED WARM OATS
Ingredients: 1/3 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 2/3 cup nut milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/3 cup raspberries, 1/4 c walnuts (or toppings of choice).
Just trust me when I say it's easier to make oats in a pot on the stove than the microwave. Trust me. There's no splatter & it cooks way quicker. For realz. (You could also make this and then keep it in a jar in the fridge and eat it cold in the mornings if you're in a rush!)
1. In a pot over medium heat cook oats, milk, chia seeds, and peanut butter until it gets thick. About 3 min.
2. Literally that's it -- I topped mine with raspberries & walnuts & a drizzle of honey and cinnamon. Absolutely heavenly.
