PB&J PROTEIN BITES
Items needed: 1 cup nut butter (I love Home Plate Honey PB), 1/3 cup honey, 1/3 cup coconut flakes, 1/3 cup dried cranberries/fruit of choice, 1/3 cup chia seeds, 1 cup oats, 2 scoops protein powder (I like Bulletproof Collagen Protein)
1. Combine Oats, Peanut Butter, Honey, & Protein Powder in a food processor.
2. Transfer to a bowl and fold in remaining ingredients (chia seeds, coconut flakes, & dried cranberries).
3. Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer!
