HONEY CILANTRO LIME SALMON
This was so good and FRESH tasting for the summer heat!
Items needed: Juice of one lime, 1 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil, 1/4 cup honey, salt & pepper to taste, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, fresh cilantro, one minced clove of garlic.
1. Whisk the items together in a bowl & drizzle/rub over your salmon as you sear it in a Lodge Cast Iron Skillet.
2. Once the sides are seared, bake at 275 in your Cast Iron for 15 min in the oven!
