HONEY MAPLE GRANOLA

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 
4 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup shredded coconut 
1/3 cup nuts (I used walnuts!)

HOW YOU'LL MAKE IT: 
1. combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. grab a large baking sheet, line it with parchment paper, and pack down the raw granola firmly onto the baking sheet. (this is key to getting big chunks!)
3. bake at 375F for 23-28 min. when it is darker brown, take it out and let it cool completely before breaking it up into pieces. 
4. store in a glass container!
