AVOCADO EGG BREAKFAST SANDWICH (PALEO OPTION)
1 Mikey's Paleo English Muffin (frozen section at Whole Foods)
sliced red onion
Everything But the Bagel seasoning
1. Toast your english muffin
2. Spread avocado on both sides of muffin & top with EBTB seasoning & onion.
3. Fry an egg in avocado oil with salt & pepper until whites are cooked, place in sandwich, and eat!!
It's honestly super simple, but sometimes it's nice to be reminded of different ways we can eat a yummy breakfast! Hope this sparked some ~inspo~ for you.
