ALMOND FLOUR PIZZA CRUST

Items needed: 2 cups almond flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp salt. 

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Shape dough into a ball and set on parchment paper. Cover the ball of dough with a second piece of parchment paper & press firmly with your hands to flatten the dough (& keep your hands clean!). 
3. Remove the top piece of parchment paper & bake for 15 minutes at 350F. 
4. Top with desired pizza toppings & bake again for 15 more minutes at 350F.
